    Hey guys,

Im about to graduate from WIT and saw a job advertised with Core International for graduates. I was just wondering does anyone know what kind of work they do? I know they are involved in payroll packages.

Im just looking for clarification because the job spec says open to IT or Business graduates but as a Business graduate I'd be afraid it would be out of my capacaity! Also is it a call centre?

If anyone knows anything please let me know! :)

Sorry to drag up a thread that's nearly 3 years old, I have a similar query to the OP what are Core like to work for, are they a call centre etc? if anyone could shed some light that would be great.

They code and sell HR/payroll/AccessControl/Pension/Rostering software suites based on Oracle. They have all of the government departs for Time and Attendance software, all of the technology institutes, most of the co-ops, all of the airports for access control, the houses of parliment in the UK and many big multinationals for payroll and HR software. They are one of the biggest players in the Irish/UK markets with solutions deployed across europe. :)

I dont work for them but have experience of their products.

Cool, I am aware of what they provide as I have also used some of their products. I am interested in what they are like to work for, what they look for in candidates as the job spec I came across was slightly vague! Same as the OP.
