    Rickson Gracie Black Belt Shane Rice will be teaching at Next Generation this Saturday 1st of May 2010. From 12- 3pm.

    *Pan American Champion,3 Time US Nationals Champion
    *Medalist No-Gi World Championships
    *Gold Medalist at Gracie World Championships
    *MMA record 4-3-0 all wins by submission
    *King of the Cage,TKO,TFA Competitor
