So as the title says can anyone suggest some low calorie healthy dressings to jazz up my salads? Preferably something I can mix into my salad the night before and that will still taste good next day at lunch.
I usually bring homemade veg soup and chicken/tuna salad to work for lunch as it's handy, fills me up and I get my veg and protein in, but I'm not very imaginative when it comes to my food so any suggestions greatly welcome!!

Not sure if this is better here or in cooking + recipes forum, mods feel free to move

I hope I don't get slated for this, but there's a tesco "light choices" caesar dressing, it's 16 cals per tablespoon and apparently 0 WW points. I think this is it http://www.fatsecret.com/calories-nutrition/tesco/light-choices-caesar-dressing
I find it very tasty, I don't know if you dilute it with milk before mixing in the salad but it's a good way of getting the flavour without doing much damage :)

Make the dressing fresh every day! In a mug every day I mix some balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper. Fresh, tasty, good fats and not too pricey. Ingredients I can count on one hand is also a pretty good thing.

    +1..

OP, dressings always taste nicer if mixed in just before eating imo.. otherwise they tend to get "watered" down and dont taste as good
