I am curious to know what happened to the criminal case against the ex-chief executive of the ISPCC, Cian O'Tighnearigh. He was caught skimming off the top. The last I heard was that he appeared in the District Court but suddenly there was a complete media blackout regarding this guy? Eddie Yu
