    Hi there golf fans.

It's a very good field this weekend in the Quail Hollow Championship. Tiger plays of course but I think that Mickelson and Kim have to be respected.

My golf betting tips for this week, for what it's worth are:
    Phil Mickelson at 10/1
    Anthony Kim at 25/1

Both have excellent course form in past years and they are playing well right now, as anyone who watched The Masters will testify.

    anyone got any other ideas?

Hi, I'm new here and was just about to ask if there was any interest in golf betting. Nice timing :)

Got to look to the total driving stats at Quail Hollow. Last year Sean O' Hair's victory came from his driving. He averaged just under 320 yards and hit over 50% of fairways while doing so.

It's a long course at nearly 7,500 yards so I'm ruling out the short hitters. Secondary stat premium is on par 4 performance.

With all the above factors in mind as well as Current Form, Hunter Mahan, Nick Watney and Anthony Kim look the value for me. All have course form too. Kim is a winner here.

    Good luck

I fancy Cink this week, he's 66s in PP , starting to come in to a small bit of form.

Cink's not setting the world alight this year but you never know. He plays with Tiger i think which could work either way.

Some familiar names around here. Strange it took me so long to find boards.ie, coming from and living in Dublin and all!

RE: Cink - He's a bit of an Enigma so I tend to stay away. I don't golf is his no. 1 priority, he's more a spend time with the kids than practice his game man but always worth a bet when he's at such high odds.

Along with Watney, Ogilvy & Immelman I have decided to add one further bet this week, D.J. Trahan.

    Best of luck.
