Is there an app for a non jailbroken iPhone that can filter ( and block ) incoming calls and texts from certain numbers ( e.g give engaged tone for certain incoming numbers )?

The iPhone doesn't give that level of control through the systems app developers would have.

i think the day that app is developed is the day that the Iphone would disappear off most telephone networks! i don't think that any network would welcome a device that gives a false engaged tone to another user.
