A crime scene investigation unit is at the home of Tito Ortiz according to TMZ:

"TMZ has learned several police units have arrived at Tito Ortiz and Jenna Jameson's house in Huntington Beach, CA after cops received a call about a "disturbance" this morning."

"The nature of the disturbance is unclear -- but TMZ has learned there is currently a Crime Scene Investigation unit on scene."

[UPDATE 2] - Very sad news. Tito Ortiz has been arrested for domestic violence:

"TMZ has learned Tito Ortiz was just arrested for domestic violence at the home he shares with Jenna Jameson."

"We're told when cops arrived to the home in Huntington Beach, CA -- Jenna Jameson had "visible injuries.""

"Tito is currently in custody and on his way to a Huntington Beach jail in Orange County, CA."

"Tito and Jenna are not married -- but they have two children together."

If you've not heard of TMZ before they are THE news channel, anything happen in the showbiz world and they're 99% certain to break it and have pics/videos up within an hour. Always worth keeping oon your favourites for a browse through there site when your bored

Mixed reports coming out this morning.

Tito is out on $25k bail, Jenna says she is pressing charges.

Jenna claims that during an argument Monday morning she, "said something very hurtful to his ego." She alleges that Tito then grabbed her and, "threw me into the bathtub and tore two ligaments in my shoulder."

To add some balance to the thread, here is TMZ's report from Titos press conference.......................

Tito Ortiz and his attorney claim Jenna Jameson is addicted to Oxycontin -- and they say that's what led to the alleged incident that got the MMA fighter busted for felony domestic violence.

Ortiz dropped that bombshell during a news conference moments ago at a restaurant in North Hollywood.

Tito's attorney Chip Matthews said that Jenna's been battling addiction to the painkiller for more than a year now, and that Tito and family members have been protecting her.

As for what happened in Tito and Jenna's home Monday morning -- Matthews repeatedly said, "Tito never touched Jenna." He claims that Jenna had a relapse and that Tito confronted her about the drugs he claims to have found.

Tito was very choked up when he said he hopes "Jenna will be okay." Tito also said, "my parents have gone through addiction and I'm not going to let my family go through that."

Matthews claimed Jenna has been to rehab, and that her addiction has led to multiple suicide calls to 911.

So what's Jenna's side of this? During the news conference the former porn star was packing up to leave for Las Vegas. When told about Tito's allegations, she said "he's trying to save his career" -- and then hit the road for Vegas with two friends.

Tito can't go home because a temporary restraining order was granted after his arrest -- which is common in domestic violence cases. We're told Jenna's dad is taking care of Tito and Jenna's twin sons.




Also take into account that she is claiming to have torn ligaments in her shoulder but has been on TMZ carrying the kids and suitcases all day and the bandage is on her elbow.

I'm not saying he did nothing but its far from the allegation that was originally put out there.

Also take into account that's an ACE bandage [an over the counter one that you can get in any pharmacy or store stateside] on her elbow while claiming her shoulder was hurt.

I can't stand Tito and Jenna but I hope the kids will be ok. They are already screwed being the offspring of two attention seekers.
