Does anyone know, roughly how does dead weight (kill out weight) compare to live weight (%) for PBR Angus.

The ICBf website is the best source of data for this. www.icbf.com
Recently though, they only have PD values and not absolute values. PD are a measure from the overall average. Its a nuisance really as absolute values are very handy. I use them for working out gestation length of the different bulls. They had them last year but none on the recent lists.

I've never slaughtered pure breds, but half bred AA bulls well fed on meal do between 56-60% KO. What sort of cattle are you talking about?

60% is very high. as a rule of thumb 57% is a good figure to base any estimates on
