Ive recently taken up Argentinian Tango and am looking for womans tango shoes NOT ballroom shoes. Im particularly looking for a make called comme il faut. Does anyone know any place in Ireland that sells these or any other ones. Ive heard they sell them at tango festivals but am not sure which ones. Cheers.

ballroom shoes should do the job, my last pair of tango shoes fell to pieces after a couple of Vals sessions, ballroom shoes are much more durable, i'd stick with these, any other questions dont hesitate post them here, or alternatively post up here for advice www.emireland.com

there's an international tango festival being held in Dundalk Co Louth in 3 weeks time and im pretty positive you can get them at that(if i remember correctly)

its normally the foreign dancers who set up the stalls.

i cant find the link to the website but suffice to say its taking place in Carlingford, saturday 3 weeks so get down there and check it out if your close.

its become very popular around there

    Priceless. Thread of the month.

Another reason why we should rename this forum to "Electronic Music & Djing"
