peek and off peek times at gym

    hey guys what times of day are peek and off peek times considering gym opens from 7 til 10 ?

    Depends on the gym but mine is off peak until 4 and off peak all day saturday and sunday. I'd say most gyms are similar, they fill up once people filter in from work.

    It depends on the gym, and where it is located.

    My current gym, about 4km out of town, but near where I live, is busiest between 6.30am-8.00am, and 6.00pm-8.30pm on Mondays-Fridays, but I used to be a member of gym in the middle of London last summer and it would be the busiest between 1-2pm (Lunch Time), and 5-6pm because it was located in a business area, where not that many people lived.
