Hi guys... Wondering if any of you guys use any of the psp stuff... Have heard some good things about the vintage warmer... What do you guys think...

A few reviews have said its a great plugin on your master track when you are starting your mix.....

Any opinions on this would be great.... Cheers

hmmmm, it's a tricky one. It's probably one of the worst plugins people should get when they're starting out. It needs to be used with extreme care as it SERIOUSLY softens up the sound.

If used correctly it's fantastic, but it really takes a long time of use before it's doing more good than bad.

I use it every now and then on overheads and a few other things, as said above total tone changes can happen very quick if you steam in with presets and are un careful :)

Huge delay (3600 samples, if i remember correctly), makes it one plug-in I rarely use.

What? Can you not correct the latency?

Dav, i'm running pt le mostly, so no delay compensation.

I could insert a delay on every other track but prefer to use my more efficient plugs.

That said, it's a nice sounding piece of software.....

Cool, thanks for bringing that to my attention.

Sounds like it would generally tighten up the audio too.
