    Hi,

Im thinking of buying a house and it has a walled in front garden. Do I need planning permission to knock the wall and modify the path for a driveway?

    Thanks

Yes you do, any change to the front wall needs planning, also you will need to pay for path to be dipped by your local county council.

    Hi,

I'm just moving to a house in Artane which I need to get a driveway put in at the front. Need to knock the wall down. All other house on the road have driveways so shouldn't be a problem to get permission. Can anyone advise what I have to do or know of anyone who can help in applying for planning permission? Know of anyone who can do the drawings to submit with application? It's all new to me so appreciate any advice! Thanks
