Want to make nerdy cookies like in the picture.

Does anyone know of an easy way to get the dough in strips like in the pictures without a Play-Doh extruder?

The technique is similar to checkerboard cookies. You can cling-wrap your dough then form it in a square mould, e.g. a loaf tin and freeze it, this'll make it easier to slice. Then slice lengthwise into thin rectangles, and then into strips.
But the Play-Doh extruder looks like a really good idea, could probably pick one up in the Early Learning Centre on Henry St., or Smyths Toys on Jervis St.

Super idea. I can foresee my child suddenly having a load of playdoh but no extruders! Thanks for that.
