I use diluted Jeyes Fluid and rinse well with clean water after it

Bucket of hot water and plenty of bleach scrub it in and rinse off.

what about the rubber paint thats used in milking parlors, can be expensive. £50 stg for 5L, ment to cover 8-10m square per L,
problem is i can only find the good quality stuff in light blue or white, i can get a cheaper mix for £20 stg and they'll mix any colour i want, not sure of quality though, and it sounds too good to be true, man says they're using it in factorys and parlors and it a specal ask for it in any colour but he'll do it for me,, not sure what to do as the steel work for the pens is coming soon and i want to paint before its fitted

Bleach nothing like it kills germs and cleans, wash down pen and let it soak in, do not rinse off, dilute well to prevent irritation to dogs pads
