I just tried to book a flight with both Ryanair and Aer Lingus but suddenly there is no option to pay by Laser card, I booked one last week, all good but no option now.

Anyone else know what's changed and why?

If the flight does not originate in Ireland I don't think the Laser option is available.

Your absolutely right, thanks, just tried again, it's for a flight for a friend from Manchester to Dublin, seems a bit daft though, they've lost my money all over who's flying where!

It's got something to do with the acceptance of Laser. Apparently you can only charge in Euros and they want to charge you Sterling for flights from the UK. You can pay Laser to fly from other EU destinations. They could really do with sorting this out for us plebs who don't have creditdebt cards! Is there some sort of way to buy vouchers in LAser and then use them to pay for a sterling flight perhaps?

Laser >> prepaid mastercard (payzone) >>> ryanair / aerlingus.
