    Hi all,

I looking to buy a CPU and a stick of RAM (cheap socket AM3).

I want them in a hurry though - ideally before the weekend is out.

Does anyone know of shops physically located in Dublin that would stock these?
I know loads of online shops, and plenty of shops that sell full PCs, but anyone got recommendations for shops in Dublin that sell components?

    Thanks!

There are not too many options around but I would say Peats are one of the better ones.

I'm not 100% if you can drop into them, I think you can.

You can, but I'd give them a ring first to see if they have what you want first.

Thanks to everyone for all the replies.
I got what I was looking (2GB stick of DDR3, cheap AM3 athlon) for in Peats - prices weren't too bad either, thought I'd be stung for more over the online prices.

    Wonda Boy:
I didn't think Elara kept stock on premises in Dublin? I thought there was always a few days lead time?
