    go to the Free Legal Aid Centre urgently and speak to a practitioner there. they will give you information and assist you with a legal aid application.

    urgent matters get priority. There are also certain district court family matters that you can try and persue on your own

    can she take the children? where were they born?

    go to flac centre and look into guardianship application- thats my thought process

    the first thing you need to do is to get the kids passports into your posession so your wife can not just leave the country with them . I believe that for your wife to get swedish passports the forms will need to be signed by both of you but im not sure
