    Hi guys, anyone have a template for a cover letter where you outline your case for planning EG. being from the local etc...

    It's just a letter where you outline your reasons for building on a particular site or area giving details of your housing need, etc., and quoting the various sections of the CDP and any other relevant information.

    Don't pad out the information too much. Keep the information to concise points and relevant pieces of information.

    The letter should be addressed to the County Secretary or the Director of Services.

    Jesus I usually just say heres 6 copies of the doccuments and the fee!! anything else is a waste of time as they dont read them and always ask for what you have written about housing need etc etc in FI!!!

    Yeah, I stopped paying heed to cover letter a long time ago.
    It's not on the required information list, and they way the bureaucrats work, if it's not a a list, they won't even look at it.
    When you see some of the most incredibly stupid requests for further information, you will realise these are not normal processes we deal with.
