To all people out there working in radio production/editing - where would you recommend in Dublin or online for getting best professional headphones? Any bargain tips welcome, but ultimately quality is the most important thing. Thanks!

Popular headphones for professional work are Sony MDR-V6, Sennheiser HD280, Audio Technica ATH-M50, Sennheiser HD 25-1 II.

Please see the stickies for where to buy..

AFAIK Beyer Dynamic DT 100 or DT150 are the most common pro headphones used.

I've been using my set of DT 100's since 1984, the sound is OK but they are bullet proof and the advantage is the you can buy all the spare parts separately.
