I used Co-Pilot on a recent trip across the country, seemed to work well.

Is it possible to get gps for the htc g1? i have sd card on but i think the internal memory itself may be too small for programs such as gps to install on it

I used Co-Pilot on my G1 for ages. The app itself is only about 3 or 4 mb.Everything else is on the SD Card

I have both navigon and Co-pilot

I prefer Navigon as it has a more intuitive layout and doesn't seem too messy.
Its also quicker and prettier imho.

Hi, can anyone confirm whether they have CoPilot working on the HTC Desire at all? It's not listed on the manufacturers/developers "compatibility list", although the Nexus one is and according to a representative here: http://www.facebook.com/topic.php?uid=11956034558&topic=367422 , it's still being tested

Does it actually run on the Desire at the moment?

Do either Navigon or CoPilot have up to date maps? OVI maps has the M50 with freeflow junctions up to date for example...

As far as I know, CoPilot needs close to 15MB on the phone so you could try deleting a few things off the phone, try again and then reinstall the aps after.

Can anyone confirm whether CoPilot works on the HTC Desire at all? :)

As per above does anyone that currently uses CoPilot know if the maps are up to date for ROI and NI ?
