    i just got a letter telling me my JSB is all used up and got forms for JSA instead. I am working part time so have been getting the part time dole the whole time.
    My question is since i'm applying for JBA will i be under the new system and get less money?
    I currently get 98 a week on JSB..

    Yes, JSA is means tested. They will look and see what income you are earning and based on your circumstances, pay you JSA if you are entitled to any.
