Im sure this problem has presented itself occasionally to anyone that has been forced to disassemble an aeg but what Im really intrested in is how people have overcome the problem.
ATM I have a screw in the hand grip of a g&g a2, Ive only used a philips on it but still its fubar. Im contemplating hacksawing off the grip to get at it with a needle nose pliers has anybody else had a similar problem? I saw guy soldering a screwdriver to a screw once didnt know if it worked but wasnt a bad idea...

dremel in a straight line and use a flat head screw driver to remove it then

Get a small flat head driver and hammer it into the screw, their fairly soft so you should have no probs cutting a groove and being able to unscrew the grip., :)

Not bad, il try when I get home, I know theres a screw extractor you can purchase but seems to be fairly scarce and abit to big for the screws we deal with...
