    Hi,
I'm hoping to do a rtw the world next year. I will hopefully have 14-15K spending money starting out. I'm thinking that it would be good to have this in a savings account during that time and be able to electronically transfer it into a current acc/visa card when I need it. it seems silly to lose out on a bit of interest during that time. Might gain a few hundred based on the total amount.
has anyone done this, or am I better just having it in the current account from the word go?
    thanks a mill :)
