Hey guys ,

Have a wedding to go to - basically i have a dress its white , black and turquise colour , halterneck also , its flowy and goes just to the knees , just wondering flats ? heels , if so what colour flats ?? also tights ? or no tights ??? what do yas think .. confusing lol ..

You won't feel properly dressed up without them, bring simple black flats for later for dancing

Definalely heels. Sounds like black would be best.
As for your legs, I think its too late in the year for black tights, especially for a wedding. So Sally hansen/fake tan all the way.....:p
