i met with the super and he said i should be able to do an amendment to my license,

Friend of mine bought one in 308 aswell and it just came into the dealers the other day. was up their earlier and it is a very nice gun! Very light!

oh my sweet god, thats one beast of a rifle...and that built-in rail is the business, the 308 may be old school but its very easy on the shoulder and u can buy a bewildering amount of ammo for it, I am currently putting bags of 7.62 Nato through mine and its as good as any. you wont regret that purchase for a millisecond...well wear dude

i picked up my rifle the day before yesterday and 0'd it yesterday. i got some tight groups out to 200y with federal soft points,
not much recoil compared to the 6.5x55 but that rifle had a lighter barrel and was lighter over all.
now the quest to find my perfect round , there are lots out there to chose from so plenty of fun to be had:D:D
