    hey all

    im looking for an app that i can load my program into ie threadmill time and distance i covered and pace and xtrainer etc

    then weights and sets and reps ???

    just something to keep track off and then email my program to my desktop email addy

    Get yourself iFitness from the app store, it's a humdinger of an app!! :D
    You can record your workouts, email them to yourself, view exercise techniques, create personalised workouts and see your progress through the built-in graphing tool.
    Loads of stuff in it, lots of graphics and photos to show the correct technique for any exercise, videos also included.

    Cost is less than €2 as far as I remember .... :) you can't lose!!

    For running I use Runmeter. This will not help with threadmill runs but works a treat outside.
