IAS Outreach on Friday and Saturday

    Hello All,

    Just a note about upcoming IAS events.

    On Friday 23rd we will by at the Car park near the Martello Tower in Sandymount from 8 to 10.
    If the weather is cloudy we will be there from 8 until 9.


    On Saturday 24th we will be on the promenade in Bray at the Esplanade Hotel end from 7:30 to 9:30.

    We will be showing the Moon, Mars and Saturn and might get a look at Venus.

    Feel free to turn up if you have any astronomy related questions.

    Here are some photo's from Sandymount.

    We had 5 scopes and about 40 or so people wandered by to look at the Moon, and later on, Mars and Saturn.
