rates on warehousing - any ideas???????

Hi
i am looking at renting a 30 x 80 storage area for my business. The rental itself seems quite reasonable (100 per week) but there would be rates to pay. The unit is in the country in Co. Galway - can anyway tell me very roughly what I would expect to pay in rates????
any help appreciated???

Not sure what rates you are talking about, but i would assume you mean a fee for the place to pick and ship your items for you?

I suppose the best way to find out would be to call a few different places and see what they are charging, and get an average rate.

I meant county council rates and charges - the owner mentioned this but I just dont know what type of money we would be looking at for this

Approx €2 per square foot per annum
