Trinity as in College Park in TCD? Maybe try Friday evenings when the students are playing frisbee (and drinking), I ran on it 2 wks ago - they can't really kick you off then.
Jumping over the beer cans is extra fun too

From Nassau St how would i get to it.

I run at about 7.15 in the morning and i'd love to use it an odd time as my few normal routes can be boring............

Would running round a track not be boring as well??

It would be an area I could work on speed etc without people getting in my way !

Once a week down there would be good for a change.

Go in the Nassau Street entrance to Trinity. Walk through that tunnel and down some steps which will bring you to a patch of grass surounded by buildings. Turn right so that you're effectively walking parralel to Nassau Street. You'll be walking towards the library, go round the front of that to the other side of the library and you'll see the track in front of you.

Not sure if Nassau Street entrance is open that early though.

Trinity relays were held last Wed. Enjoyable evening followed by sandwiches on the cricket pitch. All very civilised.

OP : Is it the grass track that you are talking about or is there another track been developed at Trinity?

At this time of the year in this weather, your gonna have 500 or so drunken students, all doing joke courses without serious exams (yes the old science vs arts trinity thing is still in me), sitting on the top bend near the pav, best to do any running there earlier in the day.
