    Hi Guys

I am just wondering if anyone has every tried or heard of Feiyan Tea. Apparantly it aids weightloss and you use 1 tea bag 3 times a day. Acts as a slight diuretic and the only ingredients on the box is Green Tea, Lotus Leaf, Cassia Seed and Vegetable Sponge.

I have tried to look up on the internet whether this is good or bad for you but nothing is really out there about it. I got it in one of those Chinese Shops.

Just wondering if anyone has heard anything about it.

    Kind Regards
    RG

At wits end with weight loss & also IBS (irittable bowel syndrome), went into chinese health shop, 1 week ago now, still no noticable difference, ok maybe a slight improvement but I paid E15 for tabs that repeated on me like hell. Then another 15 for teabags.. but hey lets give them time...

I can't see this doing very much for you, certainly not 30 euros worth. Green tea is good, but you can buy it almost anywhere. Cassia seeds are a laxative, lotus leaf is a diuretic, and vegetable sponge is just sponge. How that would work in a tea bag boggles the mind.

    Hi

Ok so an update on this tea. DO NOT DRINK IT!
To say I was rarely off the toilet was an understatement. It is awful, yes I lost weight but I also now cannot quench my thirst, constantly tired and just feel awful. I gave stopped drinking the tea over a week ago and still feel crap.

Well, when you have something that contains both a laxative and a diuretic, you could expect a lot of time on the potty.

I'm still feeling ok, yet to get the benefits or relief of constipation combined with high fibre diet almost 2 weeks into it now... Must be unique or in trouble!:(

This tea is very good, I have been drinking one cup a day for the past year. Usually buy in on ebay for about €6 for a box of 30 tea bags. For the first couple of weeks you will be on the toilet as it detox's your system. Personally I feel it reduces bloating, increases you metabolism and makes you feel less hungry. It takes a bit of getting used to the taste but i would recommend. I used it to loose 3 stone as part of a diet and exercise program.

    Tony.

    HI

I have used this too and found it works well, i have lost nearly two stone with this and following weight watchers strictly in about 8 weeks.
It does however require a toilet to be close at hand for the first week or so... but since then all is pretty normal.

What is the best way to take the tea? I was advised my the Chinese health shop to take two tea bags a day but I found I was crippled in pain and on the toilet all the time so I stopped. Would I be wasting my money if I took only one tea bag a day? and what is the best time of day to take it? Also, I got Chinese slimming tablets with the tea bags from the same shop which are supposed to aid the teabags and the weight-loss. I haven't taken them yet but was wondering has anyone else used pills alongside the teabags as well and what they think? Cheers :-)
