iv been doing starting strength since Nov. My gains have been pretty bad and have stalled at various points. I have been injured for a couple of weeks as well.
Squats 110 5*5 to 150 5*5 bench 70 5*5 to 83 5* 5. dead 140 to 170 press 48 to 58. Should i forget about this program. I havent made progress in 2 months. What program do ye recommend with these lifts.

Were you coached in the lifts? I presume you had prior experience if you started at 110 squat.
Your squat and deadlift look good but your presses don't seem to be in line at all.
    ALso SS isn't 5x5.
What was your other pull & what did it progress like?

    You could try:

    1. Texas Method from practical programming. By the same guy who wrote starting strength

    2. A few folks had some success from 5/3/1 which you can pick up an ebook for $20 on Elitefts.com. Uses the four lifts you mentioned.

Course there is loads of other stuff, but these work specifically within the lifts you mention and are easily obtained.

Starting strength is 3x5 not 5x5.
