PP no money back on POWERPLAY bets

Just talking to someone who had a bet on the Spurs Chelsea game in a PP shop. If Spurs won, losing first scorer bets were refunded as well as some others.
Drogba was about 3/1 1st and nearly 4/1 on a powerplay bet. The cashier indictated that a powerplay bet was available. When they went back to claim the money back as Spurs won she said "sorry, no money back specials on powerplay bets" She rang "head office
    " and confirmed this too,

Seems like they give with one hand and take with another...

Obviously that's how they have it planned, i hate PP as much as the next self respecting gambler but if that's the terms and conditions you've got to live with it.

it was stated on their website that it was a money back special power play first scorer score cast and some others.. that was above them saying they paid out near half a million for chelsea "winning":D the title...
