Structural Advice needed... leaking

    Hi Guys,

I bought an apartment 4 years ago and every time we get a heavy rain I get a leak where my window meets the wall. The builders have been very reactive in attempting to fix the issue, but they've tried 6 times now and its no better than the first time it happened. They tried replacing the cavity tray, they even went to the lengths of replacing the entire side of the building, from cedar to brick.

I think Im at the stage where I need to get an independent structural engineer out to assess the issue. Im hoping someone can give me a referral or offer some more advice on the matter.

    Thanks
    Ross
