    Hello boards,
Can anyone recommend an athlethic club or running group in North Dublin, i.e. Malahide, Portmarnock area for intermediate runners covering distances up to and beyond 10k etc., find myself needing some peer pressure lately!

Also anyone suggest a good sports massage service this side of the spire also?

    Brgds

I'd recommend Star of the Sea AC. They have a good endurance training group who train regularly in Ardgillen.

Clonliffe has several members from Malahide / Portmarnock. They train Tuesday and Thursday and have a large intermediate and masters group that do sessions every Tuesday night. Just turn up at the club house a couple of minutes before 7 and ask for Joe Cooper (the club captain). He will point you in the right direction.

Damn! Wish I'd seen this two months ago. Ardgillen is my regular beat and that hill can get lonely by myself :)
