anyone got any solutions for the volume problem?

tried using compressed air for the clicker part of the mouse now am no computer techinican but it seems to me that there is a spring missing or something because the left hand side is lower than the right hand side i'll take it back to pc world hopefully they'll be able to repair it there and then
