whats with the 1.2%? or is this a Bill Bowerman tactic of promoting the question of why 1.2% so that people will come to find out why:D

I would have thought a ART poster would know why 26.2 is relevant!

42 kms?!? It'd be better value if they did it that way!

main point is no deal here..... crap deals is all and worse if your a size 11 lke me......i think we should not mention a commercial company on here unless we get a boards.ie 10% discount in their store.......come on lads use the noggin...

Turns out this deal is not crap after all, the discount is available on their full range of running kit, just picked up a few pairs of kayano socks and runners at 30 euro's cheaper than Champion's stock price, sizes will no doubt be an issue as the sale continues but cheers to the op for highlighting the sale!

I called into the store in Swords this morning, looking for new Kayanos. They didn't have my size, but said they would tomorrow. Sale price is 103 euros.

Kayano 16s ? Lifestyle in Blanch, had 15s, not sure what size, for about €100 on Friday.

Yes. They seem to be 150 everywhere else I've looked. [edit]Actually, I'm wondering now if I saw that right. It's obviously more than 26.2%. I'll double-check tomorrow when I go back in.

Just checked their online price, and the reduction is 140 --> 103, which is a 26% discount alright. Maybe you can get them cheaper online, but I like to try shoes on before buying, especially new models.

got a pair of Kinsei today in their dundrum branch with 26.2% off:p
Maybe the 10% would work if you approached someone in store instead of saying on here!!!
Also got a nathen bottle belt with 26.2% off:D

Got the Kayano 16's this morning for €103. They had only one pair in stock - the size 11 I was looking for. So, I'd say you'd want to phone ahead to make sure they have what you're looking for.

Cheers OP, as I outlined in the Scrappage Scheme thread I got myself a new pair of of shoes on Sunday.

I saw JJB Sports in Liffey Valley were selling Kayanos 16s for €84 or so.
Unfortuantely they had none in my size though :(
