joining the gym !!!!!

    hey guys going to join gym in few days .any pointers do' and donts .see the other tread ''what anoyes u in gym '' so tell me how to start and not have theese habbits :D:D:D???????

    When you join you should be shown the ropes or "inducted" by a trainer which should cover all the basics.

    As for good Gym behaviour a few things to think of would be respecting the equipment, replacing weights to their correct locations, wiping your sweat off the machines. Not camping on weight machines is always appreciated.
    Don't wear smelly gym clothes, it's disgusting to be next to somebody smelling of old sweat.

    It's all common sense stuff I suppose.
