Dont let the first farmer put you off. I find 9/10 they will say yes. He could have had a bad experience with a shooter before. One of my permissions, the farmer lets anyone there, shooters, lurchers, hunts etc. But because one hunt made **** of a ditch and cattle got in and ruined half the corn, he wont let hunts there no more. Understandable really.

Yep, there was one farmer who gave me permission on the field he let of the uncle ( not that i needed to ask but anyways). He said no problem. This year he rang the uncle asking him to aske me to be out at first light on two of his own fields just after he sowed beans. even offered to give me cartrigdes (i politely said no thanks as two more permissions was more than enough:)). I think once your name gets out the more luck you'll have. Once they see your serious about it and safe.
