Hack Squats

    Thinking of introducing Hack Squats into my leg routine for the outer quad, anybody else here use/ has used the exercise and if so what way are you working it into your routine? currently I pyramid Squats and Deadifts on different nights and feel that outer thigh is beginning to lag behind in terms of development.
