First of all it's not a new GTA, it's added content for the game that has already been released, that had previously been exclusive to the Xbox 360 but has only today become available for the PlayStation 3

But to answer you're questin I don't know, am getting it tomorrow and can't wait

I got it today and to be honest it's only ok. Tis nothing like going from GTA Vice City to GTA San Andreas if ya follow

Yeah just expansion packs, but significant expansion packs. Lost and Damned is OK, missions tend to be a bit bland but they have filtered out a lot of the repetitive stuff such as needy phonecalls from friends. Ballad of Gay Tony is great though, hurls loads of new diversions at you (skydiving! multi vehicle races! exploding shotgun shells!) and definitely ups the fun factor a significant amount. I think Liberty City is a wonderful enough creation to warrant the return visits - I still enjoy just driving around, taking it all in - but BOGT is a worthy new addition to the franchise in particular.

Although if you didn't like GTA IV, you won't like these.

Is it just me or are the graphics in lost and the damned extremely poor compared to the balled of gay tony and gta4.

I actually sold my PS3 copy of GTAIV to get the 360 version, before the expansions started coming out. But I love the expansion packs. Lost and Damned was brilliant I thought, simplified a lot of things, expanded on other elements. Brilliant. Ballad of Gay Tony was alright. I actually preferred TLAD but I did enjoy the new elements like the parachute and multi vehicle races. And it had a real GTA:SA vibe to it with some really crazy missions.

Well worth it though. Definitely not a full GTA, and not as long as GTAIV, but worth playing if you liked GTAIV

Was looking at this today thought about it. 35 euro isnt too bad but i have always gotten bored by the GTA games after a few missions.

I'm the same which is why the idea of 2 shorter stories appealed to me. Played a bit of the original and liked it so will hopefully pick this up at some point soon.

was gonna order that online but am bit reluctant with there being lack of planes for transport figured i could b waitin a while for delivery !! is there any other useful games to choose from with that free game deal ? i wouldn't b into fifa at all ....

iv brought it back wasnt worth the 40 euro payed for it its quite boring maybe if they got rid of that stupid fone it be alri that just p'd me off it just kept ringing for me so game went back

did you not think of answering it? it's how you get your missions.. :rolleyes:

started gay tony, played about an hour, enjoyable enough. some great music on the stations too, particularly the hip hop and the raggae/dub ones..

i know that i mean when your just messing about it rings your on a mission it rings it just keeps on ringing and ringing its a stupid thing to put into a game the old gta's where the best by a long shot that lost and the dammed is so annoying traveling by bike all the time :mad:

You can turn the missions off by going into the options menu on your phone. You just have to turn sleep mode on.

Ya i don't really like the bikes either tbh. I didn't really like TLAD in general. Thought the ballad of Gay Tony though was much better though. Couple of new cars aswell.

The bum at the end ending up with diamonds!

i have to say that the new games is a def must have if your a GTA fan, i think TBOGT is the better of the 2 expansion packs, game play is cooler because of the new rides and nitros and tracks new weapons are deadly also, but and this is a big but, online racing sux compared to GTA IV.

I have been a keen racer online on IV for the last 18 mts and we have a race crew that has maybe 20 members now, we race most nights for hrs mostly til 3ish, so as ya can imagine we know the cars and tracks so well. but imo the nitro in TBOGT doesnt allow for fair racing and not being able to turn car damage off and peds and mostl annoying the traffic, racing with traffic is like doing the lotto, just never know when some AI car comes out of a juntion and t bones ya,lol

a good buy for 30 bucks, story mode is ok on TLATD but TBOGT makes up for it amply. go get it n see.:cool:
