    Ok So heres the Delima

    Misus was let go from a Job in Feb 2009, Was unemployed for 3 months then got a job and worked away until Dec 09 then left for a better paid job and was emergancy taxed, I reakon she's owed about €200.

    Now Her first and second employers have filed her income and tax info online but her 3rd and final one the one who emergancy taxed her went bust in JAN 2010, and has still not filed anything on revenue.

    So i need to fill in some revenue form with all earnings and Dole and tax etc.

    What Form is it and how can i do it?
