I emailed Berlin today for a friend to give him a time frame when he had to decide. The answer i got was that they expect to be full by the end of the weekend so if you aint in get to it sharply.

Thanks Village Runner. Just registered, predicted finishing time of 2:59:59. Deadline is not till mid July, I was thinking I had loads of time. Nearly 36,000 finishers last year, sounds like it could be a fairly crowded start.

BTW, what is a nordic walker? There was a few references saying they were banned.
