Club for beginners

    Does anyone know if there are any running clubs for complete beginners around South Dublin (Blackrock, Stillorgan, Dundrum areas). I know there are a couple of clubs but was wondering if they cater for beginners.

    I am pretty sure all clubs cater for beginners and would be pretty accomodating. I think that most of the bigger clubs like Dundrum AC would have a fit 4 life group that caters specifically for beginners.
    In fact a bit of googling reveals that the guy offereing this free training service
