summer workout

    hi all,

    I want to get in shape for the summer. I.e. build up my chest, abs legs, etc...

    my rugby season is finished and Im doing a half marathon in 2 weeks.

    after the half marathon ill be doing:
    monday - possibly indoor soccer
    tuesday - tag rugby
    wednesday - indoor soccer
    thursday - tag rugby
    friday
    saturday
    sunday

    I will be joining the gym at this point, so my question is, what way should i fit my gym schedule around this? should i work on my lower and upper body strength on the same day?

    I would appreciate suggestions!:D
