    I have golliwog enamel badges from the 60s and little plaster statues. Just wondering would they be of any interest to someone?

    O.K. The word "golliwog" has from the 1950s onward been used as a term of racial abuse directed at black people. This has reduced the popularity and sale of golliwogs as toys, your badges are worth about £2- £3 so I doubt you be flooded with offers.
    Maybe next time you might use term "The Robinsons jam doll" to discribe your badges.;)

    what kinda price ya hoping for? Loves them little chaps. This thread reminded me of them so I went to ebay and found a few. Fecking delighted. Gollywogs rule.
