    anyone going to see stornoway tomorrow night in the crawdaddy i think they are playing in cork sunday night too, i seen them on jools holland ages ago and i can't wait to see them live

    Twas a lovely gig! Pity the guy's brother (iirc) didn't show to play the trumpet, thanks to the possibly excessive reaction to the Iceland eruption. Very impressed by the good writing for drums and the drummer himself - didn't expect that - especially on "Cold Harbour Road" (I think it was called...), beautiful stuff!

    Agree that song was stunning!!! Great gig & really nice guys. Saw them play in Tower Saturday afternoon too. Can't wait for the album

    Ride on Time was the accoustic cover they did. Great version, sounded kinda gospel like!

    Couldn't hang around Tower any longer on Saturday, was too nice a day for it. Caught Autumn Owls, Stornoway, Funerals suits & one other band. Was hoping to catch Villagers in road records but it was cancelled.
