Prizes in competitions?

    Just wondering what types of prizes are clubs giving in competitions.

    Also in open days that clubs run what is the standard of prizes like?

    New to golf so just curious to see, not that i'll ever have to worry about winning any of them...:D

    not too definate really, varies in every club i suppose

    Also depends on how big the competition is (Captain, Presidents, Medal).
    And how many enter the comp also. At my club for an open competition usually 1st prize would be around €100 worth and its normally a voucher.
