I'm recently unemployed, i was working a 3 day week before being made redundant, and my JSB is due to run out in a couple of months. I was planning on moving back home to my mam next month,if i still haven't found a job,as i couldn't afford to stay renting.

Would my means test for JSA be affected by me living with my mother, I'm 30-the only info i can find is about people under 25.

Also, my mam is on a state pension-would she lose out on some of her benefits if i moved back in with her?

Hopefully i will have found a job by the time all this happens, but i've had to hand in my notice on the house i'm renting, and need to move somewhere else in a couple of weeks one way or another!
