I have been reading material on Human Resource Strategy and Strategic Human Resource Managment but they all seem to vary greatly. Does any have an exact list of the components or factors that make up HR Strategy?

I would be very greatful for any opinions!!!!!!!

My wife is a HR manager. She said

:snigger: Tell him / her that the question is way too vague with way too many possible answers.

HR strategy has to do with company policy and so is different for every business. Some companies hate their employees and see them as a necessary evil; while others love them and wouldn't know what to do without them.

So, take your pick and get back.

    Previous poster is right.

HR Strategy must also support the overall corporate strategy to ensure that the right level of resource are available when needed.
