Hi, did a search through the forum on this but couldn't find anything more recent than 06.

Just wondering if anyone would be able to give a ballpark figure on rewiring an old 3 bed house, built around the 1940's. As far as I know it's never been rewired, still got the old sockets and switches etc.

On an aside, from inspecting the windows which are also the originals it looks like there's a fair bit of rot so reckon the whole lot plus sills would need to be replaced so any idea of the costs for this would also be really appreciated, more interested in labour costs here and decide what type of frames based on that.

    cheers
